Kids size guide
Our kids' T-shirts have a classic, relaxed fit and are measured laid flat. Measurements are in centimetres, with inches underneath.
How to choose: lay a T-shirt that fits your child well flat and measure across the chest, armpit to armpit, then pick the closest size. If in doubt, size up to leave room to grow.

Delivery
Made to order
Every Savanna & Tide item is printed just for you after you place your order. Printing usually takes 2–5 working days, and then your order is dispatched.
UK delivery costs
UK delivery is £2.95 per order, however many items you buy. Sweatshirts, and Hoodies are £4.95 per order. Combo of Sweatshirts, Hoodies and T-Shirts are also £4.95. Delivery costs for other countries are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 7–20 working days, and occasionally up to 5 weeks
- USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world: 2–5 weeks
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Orders with more than one item
Different items may be printed in different places, so your order may arrive in separate parcels. You only pay delivery once.
Tracking
We’ll email you tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Checking your address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can usually change it before your order goes into production, but not afterwards.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the times above, email us at savannatideuk@gmail.com with your order number. If it has been lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Returns
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just email us at savannatideuk@gmail.com with your order number to let us know, and we'll send you the returns address.
- Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
- We'll refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We may reduce the refund if an item has been worn or handled more than needed to check it.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted?
Every shirt is printed to order, and we want it to be right. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the faulty item back.

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If the size isn't right, you can return it under our 14-day change-of-mind policy above.
Your rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
